Dear Monster Jam Fans,

the effects of the global Corona (COVID-19) pandemic are causing massive restrictions in Germany. The Federal Government, the State of Hesse and the City of Frank-furt have taken steps to counter the further spread of the new Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). Measures that, in addition to the very personal areas of life of all citizens, in particular also affect the sporting, cultural and event activities at the Commerzbank-Arena Frankfurt and all other cultural and social venues. These measures are aiming to reduce the strongly exponential increase in new infections by spreading them over a longer period of time. This is to protect the health of everyone and the lives of people who are particularly at risk.

On March 14, the regional government issued a regulation to fight Coronavirus. Events with more than 100 people are banned. With the update of this regulation on March 23, a general ban on events came into effect immediately and is valid until at least April 19, 2020. [Update: April 15: extended until August 31, 2020]

The event and matchday operations of the Commerzbank-Arena Frankfurt are also affected by the current developments. Concerts, events and entire tours are cur-rently being postponed or canceled. We are in constant contact with promoters and the relevant authorities to discuss and evaluate the current situation. Even if the current ban on events is only valid until April 19, according to current information, we strongly assume that there will be restrictions for major events such as Monster Jam in the following weeks.

We therefore decided to move the MONSTER JAM to Sunday, May 23, 2021.

After the successful editions in 2016 and 2018, we would have very much liked to host the spectacular Monster Jam Show in the Commerzbank-Arena Frankfurt this year. We are especially sorry for our little fans, who now have to wait a year longer for the unique Monster Jam trucks. However, the health and well-being of every-one is paramount. Therefore, by taking this step we try to establish reliability and security for the production, the promoter and for you - our visitors - as early as possible.

All tickets, PitParty tickets and parking tickets remain valid. If you are not able to attend the replacement date, you will find further information below.

If you have any questions, please contact us by email (office@commerzbank-arena.de). Please understand that we can currently only be reached by phone to a limited extent.

We look forward to a great Monster Jam Show 2021 and thank you for your understanding!

A lot of promoters, venues and service providers in the event industry are particularly impacted by the current situation. We therefore kindly ask you to try your best to make it to the new date and not to return your tickets. In the current situation, every ticket that is not returned contributes to the livelihood of many companies and its employees in the entertainment industry. And thus, secures your opportunities to continue to experience exciting and diverse events and attractive shows in the future. Thank you so much!

If the alternative date cannot be met, you will receive a voucher from the ticket service provider through which you purchased your tickets in the equivalent of the ticket price, which is valid until December 31, 2021.

If the voucher is not redeemed by the end of 2021, we will refund its value to you afterwards. Should it be impossible for you to wait until the end of 2021 for the refund of the ticket price, we ask you to inform us of these reasons in writing.

Please note that this regulation has been passed by the Federal Government and is to be passed as a law in the course of the next few weeks. If there should be a change in the legislative process, we reserve the right to make appropriate adjustments to this regulation.
